Bama State Day was created in 2021 by The Society as a way to show pride in O’Mother Dear, virtually support current students on their first day of classes and raise funds for The Bama State Society's Student Support Fund. Years later, the annual celebration still serves as our Day of Giving and continues to connect Bama State students, alumni and supporters all around the world.

Bama State Con is "Career Day" reimagined. This one-day event connects Alabama State University students with alumni and potential employers. Students will hear how Bama State alumni have leveraged their majors – whether aligned with their profession or not – to develop impactful careers. Our 2022 pilot event “The Lab” proved that Bama State Con is slated to be the career-changing moment that every college student should experience.
